(3.1) The Controller takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data.
The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Controller, in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of this Application (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Controller. The updated list of these parties may be requested from the Controller at any time.
(3.2) When you visit one of our websites, the browser you use automatically sends information to the server of our website and temporarily stores it in a log file. Our servers are administered by Plesk Onyx (minimum version 17.8). In addition, the collected data serve us to evaluate our web systems security and stability as well as for administrative purposes in order to continuously improve our services.
(3.4) The legal basis for data processing is Article 6, Paragraph 1, Point F of GDPR.
Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes listed above for data collection. Under no circumstances do we use the data collected by our web server for the purpose of drawing conclusions about you personally. Where applicable and possible, the data is anonymized / encrypted and automatically deleted in a timeframe between 24 hours and 36 months.

The Data is processed on the Controller’s servers and/or at the Controller's operating offices and/or in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.

5) Data retention time
Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.
Therefore:
Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Controller and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Controller’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. Users may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller within the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Controller.
The Controller may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, the Controller may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.
Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.

This type of service has the purpose of hosting Data and files that enable this Application to run and be distributed as well as to provide a ready-made infrastructure to run specific features or parts of this Application. 6.2.1) Contact forms (this Application)
By filling in the contact form with their Data, the User authorizes this Application to use these details to reply to requests for information, quotes or any other kind of request as indicated by the form’s header.
When contacting us - whether in person or in writing via the respective communication technology (e-mail, telephone, fax, app, ...) - the data provided by the user will be processed solely for the purposes of processing and carrying out the request.
Any other use of the data will only take place based on the given consent from the user.
The users' data will be stored in our Customer Relationship Management System ("CRM System") or a comparable software/database. The legal retention periods for business letters apply.

Components of various social media, such as Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram, are integrated into our website.
If a User accesses one of our websites with such an integrated social media element, that component allows the display of components retrieved from the server of the operator of the social media components.
Furthermore, once the User visits our websites, a direct connection is created via the social media components between your browser and the server of the operator of the social media components. Each time our website or subpages of our website are accessed, the operator receives information about which specific websites and subpages are visited by the user with the corresponding IP address. Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.
Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
This integration of Google Analytics anonymizes your IP address. It works by shortening Users' IP addresses within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the complete IP address be sent to a Google server and shortened within the US.

The way Cloudflare is integrated means that it filters all the traffic through this Application, i.e., communication between this Application and the User's browser, while also allowing analytical data from this Application to be collected.

7) The rights of Users

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, Users have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of the User’s habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if the User considers that the processing of personal data concerning the User infringes the GDPR.
The supervisory authority with which the complaint has been lodged shall inform the complainant on the progress and the outcome of the complaint, including the possibility of a judicial remedy pursuant to Article 78 GDPR.

9) Addendum to Cookies Policy
(9.1) We use so-called cookies on our website based on Art.6 para.1 (f) GDPR. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our site. Cookies do no damage to your device, do not contain viruses, trojans, or other malware. Information is stored in the cookie that results in each case in connection with the specifically used device.
