Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking and drop-off with signature. If you prefer urgent delivery, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are included in the transport fees vary according to total price and weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Return Policy

Here at Rerat we believe in 100% customer service, and we strive to please all our customers. We always do our best to take care of our valuable customers. 

In the unlikely event if any product that you have purchased is incorrect, then you may return your product. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to Rerat in a resalable & unused condition. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with all accessories or free gifts within 14 days from the day it was delivered. If damaged or used items are returned, we are entitled to seek compensation.

If a fault occurs with the product within the warranty period, we are entitled to offer to exchange the product or to refund the purchase price. 

Important Notes:

1. If you received an item damaged or incorrect then we may request you to share pictures or a video with the product and the order Number. 

2. If you received a damaged item then you will have to inform the shipping company within 3 days of delivery.

3. Please make sure that all returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

4. The shipping costs for all returns will not be refunded.

Refund Policy:

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it’s approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :

1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items:
